When people say that you have a Choleric personality this basically means that you are an extrovert person or an outgoing person as what others can simply describe. This kind of personality can be observed mostly from those persons who are involved to business and sports men and also like me. The good thing about being choleric is that you are a born leader. You possess qualities like being vigorous, self-motivated, decisive, strong willed, self sufficient, independent, unemotional, and not dejected easily, which really implies to me. I am a kind of person that is exuding with confidence and can run almost anything. However, having a choleric personality also means that I also possess negative traits and some of these traits are being bossy, impatient, can’t relax, quick tempered, enjoys arguments or controversies, insensitive, and being too impulsive which can affect not just my family but to all those people around me. Like for example when I’m with my friends, I don’t do well with making a lot of friends. I want to lead and can excel in emergencies, but in the controvert this will make other people stay away from me because they might think that I tend to become a user, a dominant, too independent, detested, too possessive and a friend who makes decisions in behalf of others and as well as a person who knows a lot. But these traits also change when I’m with my family or when I become a parent. I am a leading type of person and I barely have time for my family. When the rest of my family members give poor performance, I become impatient. My family finds it hard to relax in my presence and can even lead to depression. But, the good thing about me as a parent is that I can teach my children on how to establish their goals in life, the home is also kept organized and I encourage my kids to take action and possess a sound leadership. In my potential workplace, I am a goal oriented, is systematize well, delegates work, stimulate activity, look for practical solutions, move quickly, and encourage production. However, as a leader, my subordinates may not appreciate my bored trivia, manipulation capabilities, and the demand for loyalty; I tend to make harsh decisions that are tactless and rude. And when I encounter an obstacle, I see it as a challenge and opportunity at the same time. This is my chance to solve yet another problem! With my positive traits, I can easily motivate other people. With all of this it’s no longer a surprise that I, and to all those choleric persons can love, work, and live intensely. Once we decide or focus on something, we will do everything that we can to achieve it. We’re the type of persons who are always on the go. If we want to see improvements in our life, we need to take things slowly. Slow down… there is nothing wrong in giving ourselves and others some time. Before we act on something, we have to think things over. By doing so, we will be able to identify the consequences of our actions and how our decisions affect other people. Being a workaholic can have its advantages but we also need to spend time with our family and friends. We have to keep in mind that they are the most important people in our lives, and besides, we’re working to provide not just our needs but also for our family’s needs right? It’s our Choleric personality; we have to invest some of our time and effort in evaluating our weaknesses. These traits will have a negative impact in our lives and so we need to correct them as soon as possible.
